Excellent customer care, clean cars and very friendly. This place is the nicest and normally the most friendly of all car rentals - I have used it at various airports throughout the country). This time (likely due to COVID-19) the car took exceeding long to check back in. I returned the car at 4:30 am on Friday and it did not close out until 2:34 Saturday afternoon. I had to call three times to get them to close it out (getting the receipt is fine taking that long, though normally it doesn't take that long) but the car was coming up late, and though they did not charge me for any more time from when I checked it in (4:00 am) the concept that it was showing up late on my app was of major concern.
I was impressed with the great service and cleaning procedures at the Dulles National Rental Car location. The mustang was very clean and had sanitizing wipes inside for me to wipe down further. Also, the staff at the exit gate and upon return were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
National is always a company that you can rely on. Even with current conditions causing limited staffing and supply, National maintains their claim to excellence by delivering on time and providing an expedited service. I love using National whenever possible and especially for business trips that require precise timing and expedience in the checkin pricess.
National IAD runs very efficiently because of their amazing manager, Matt P. I recently rented a car from this location. I witnessed Matt working tirelessly on the ground helping out with car sanitization, car returns, and pick-ups. He is on top of all aspects of the car rental facility. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and he cares about his fleet of cars. I was impressed by how efficient the front desk crew and cleaning team work. Renting was fast and my car was pristine. Thank you everyone at National IAD for being so wonderful.
I don't normally leave reviews for car rental companies but National did an absolutely fantastic job. Great prices with my corporate discount plan and very wide flexibility for vehicle choices.
