I always choose Enterprise for my rental car needs! They have child safety seats available so I don't have to travel with a big car seat! That's a plus :) Also, their customer service is second to none. I rented a small SUV and couldn't fit all my bags in there. I was stressing out about it so they upgraded me for no charge. They are amazing and I will continue to use them every time I need a rental car! 5 star service every time! Thanks Enterprise!!

Service was great! No weird hoops to jump through, and an excellent attitude. The vehicle on the other hand... if you rent the Volkswagen Atlas thinking you’ll have room for 7 guess again. 5 adults and two toddlers with 2 maybe 3 pieces of small luggage will fit in this car. Other that that the vehicle was alright.

Excellent service renting a vehicle from this location. Tamer made my experience excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the the rental car that fit my need. It’s because of people like Tamer that really make a difference and make you want to continue to use a particular company over another. I’ve used a competitor more frequently in the past but I believe I will start using enterprise more often. Thank you Tamer!

Car was nice, but in the end we paid way too much, first of all enterprise employee offered me gas and said it was gonna be no more than $30, ended up paying $37.xx, between insurance, actual car rental, and the TWO security deposits (one for $200 the other one for a 20% of the total) ended paying $775 for 3 days. After they returned my deposit total was still $487 for a $80 a day car. Also, they included fees that weren’t mentioned (believe me, I asked for every dime on my contract) and almost a month later I’m still paying “tolls” that I’m not even sure if I spent that much (it was $74 then they charged me $8 plus $9 maintenance fee, without including the rental fee for the toll pass) I think this would be my last time using enterprise as a rental option.

I was able to rent a Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab for my trip in Virginia/DC area for six days. Every Enterprise employee was professional and made my experience wonderful. The Dulles airport Enterprise crew helped me in every step. The vehicle gave me no issues driving both on the highway and on regular roads.nnThank you Enterprise!nOne issue I had was the return. I was instructed to leave the keys inside the vehicle during drop off at the Dulles International airport. However, the two days following, I received emails stating that I still had my vehicle and it was overdue.nnI had to call into the Enterprise office twice to confirm that I no longer had the vehicle and that it was returned in time.
