Please be aware that there is usually one person working here, 2 if you're extremely lucky. What this means for you is if they need to pickup or drop of someone from the airport, you will be waiting 10 minutes just to be seen. I am rating 2 stars because the employees were nice enough, but just the service was horrible.
BEWARE. Do NOT rent from Hertz. They never have cars available even if you reserve it ahead of time online. Employees are rude because they are overworked and severely underpaid. Hertz is going to be permanently shut down in a couple of years, guaranteed. Why do you think this location barely has two stars and most other Hertz locations have two stars or less? Figure it out. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A RENTAL, don't waste your time.

They found us a last-minute car when ours was wrecked 2 days before Christmas, and drive way out of their way to pick us up. Top quality service.
