Tiny location, friendly staff, clean, reliable cars. I was happy to find this location because the last rental company I used in Sterling had poor service and cars that wreaked of smoke. This Enterprise location has fantastic customer service! They do everything they can to ensure you're taken care of and they meet your transportation needs. I would and have recommended this location to others. Book ahead, let them know what you need, and you'll get friendly, efficient service.

Beautiful car, super-easy process, very nice people. It was quick and efficient! Ironically, the Enterprise office was not in the best part of town, but the people could not have been nicer or more professional. And the car was absolutely beautiful and in great condition. Thank you.

One of the things that changed in the world thank to the online testimonials is the car rental services. NO hidden words, no crazy unclear charges anymore.

No issues with the rental, the problem was with customer service. A female rep, April, tried to get a hold of me to collect a deductible for damage to a car and her lack of professionalism and aggressive approach was disappointing. I politely told her this morning that my father will make the payment on my behalf and that I would call around noon. My dad called them 6 times and I called a few times. They didn’t respond. Later they call back and I pickup.nn‘I called you several times and I was here in my office from 12 to 1 and you never called Enterprise”. Those were her words, which was obviouslynnot true.nnShe asked us to hurry up. She said “I just want to get paid”. I could not believe she said that while my dad is trying to make a payment upwards of 700 dollars for a personal contract.nnThen my dad proceeds to give her the payment info and her negative attitude towards us only magnified. She mockingly forced my dad to repeat the expiration month 4 times. “April” I heard him speak clearly and she was just trying to have a laugh at it because that’s her name. She goes “February?” just to give my dad a hard time when he said April several times. I’m FaceTiming my girlfriend and we both heard her harass someone with an accent. I don’t think she knew I was listening. But her demeanor was offensive and very childish. Wish I could speak to a manager and get her fired. If you don’t like your job, don’t put it out on your customers.
