I have been doing business with enterprise for many many years The only thing I don't like about enterprise rent a car, Are there exorbitant fees,The staff at the Salem New Hampshire enterprise rent a car is amazing Actually they are better than amazing. They go out of their way to Serve you. I would give the staff 10 stars. The staff is the only reason I gave enterprise rental car 4 stars. If this questionnaire was just for the staff I would have given them 5 stars. And if this questionnaire did not include the staff I would have given enterprise rent a car company one star.

Salem NH enterprise was great. Everyone was masked. The cars were clean, and the person checking me in even did a once over to ensure it was properly sanitized right before I got in. The car condition was perfect, late model, low miles. I was quickly checked out and car was given a clean bill of health within minutes. My deposit returned within a day. Awesome experience will do it again.

Terrible terrible terrible. Insurance company company was paying for rental and the insurance company stopped paying for it fine needed more time for plates to come in Dmv covid isssues. These people some Erik guy charged my account without notifying me. They do not know which of my financial accounts I was going to use. They did this without my permission or consent. I wanted to go in when I was ready and pay them what I owe looking at a breakdown of what I was paying. Car ,insurance,taxes and fees. On top of that they charge me two gallons of gas me knowing the gas was at a the right level. Go to hertz up the road 1000 feet on left.

Nice staff but the Kia Soul wasnt even close to the VW Jetta i expected.. I told the agent that the car looked dirty and he said something about water restrictions in Salem Nh. Restrictions against Windex and the trash i found under the hatchback i found too i guess..Dirty vehicle

Prompt and courteous service. Helpful friendly employee dropped off the car at the body shop where my car was being repaired. Great that you drop off and pick up at the shop avoiding hassle of rides for me
