Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Feeling very let down by Enterprise. Made an online reservation for a car WITH four wheel drive. We were going to be driving to West Virginia in the snow. Upon delivery of said vehicle the gentleman that dropped it off told me it was 4wheel drive. I asked him multiple times and he said it should already be in 4wheel drive. Thank goodness I had to run a couple of errands before we left because I quickly noticed it was NOT 4wheel drive. I took it back to enterprise and thank goodness they had another vehicle with 4wheel drive, so the SAME guy set me up with that car. I asked him deliberately if the price was going to be the same and he ensured me the price would not go up. He had me sign for the new car WITHOUT telling me that apparently the price had gone up. He told me I was just signing for a different car. It was my fault to not read the fine print but I trusted the employee. Wont be doing that again. He was clueless about the car he dropped off and then lied about the paperwork. Super upsetting. I even emailed corporate Enterprise but of course, I never heard anything back. However, the second car was perfect for the mountains. This employee should have more knowledge about the cars he’s handing over to people and the paperwork he’s having them sign. He shouldn’t blatantly lie.nnRECENT EDIT: This location emailed me and made it right. They credited for the balance they had promised me. Thank you!!!

Enterprise is the best all around. Great customer experience! I have utilized Enterprise Rent-A-Car a few times and each and every time they have went above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, patient on the phone and in person. They are very personable and will do everything they can to make your car renting experience the best they can.

I specifically reserved a truck. Austin did everything he could to try and get what I reserved but he couldn't locate one at several different locations. This is what I call customer service. He could not deliver what I reserved but he continuously tried to. He and Taylor continue to provide me with top notch service.

He was knowledgeable and explained the options for insurance coverage.nJacob quickly resolved the issue and gave me the appropriate coverage. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Enterprise to others. Thank you Jacob for making my experience a good one.
