Don’t leave anything in that vehicle. No matter what it is because you are not getting it back. It’s funny how one employee said they saw what I left in the car and gave a vivid description but the one who cleaned it didn’t see it. and they have the nerve to catch an attitude with you. Talking to you like you are nobody. Very unprofessional. They are not honest. The manager had the nerve to tell me his employees are not thieves. Now sir come on now!!!!! So where did it go??? Fly out of the Vehicle?? They don’t care about their customers because that’s not their company. SMH!!!!!!!!!!

Checkin went very smooth and the employee who signed me in and got the car was very professional and friendly! I even got a free upgrade on the vehicle, so BONUS!! Ended up needing to extend the rental an extra day and had a great customer service experience with the employee over the phone. No problems. Dropped the vehicle off overnight, and left the keys in their overnight key drop safe. Received my finalized bill at 7:30am sharp when they opened the following morning and got my remaining deposit money back within the next 24 hours! A very good experience and highly recommend!

Exceptional service. I went to another rent-a-car at first and wow, I don't know why I did that. I will always be coming back to enterprise. Everyone is super friendly and give great customer service!

I wanted to post this review to let others know the place to go for GREAT rentals and customer service. I originally had a reservation with another Enterprise location on 4810 Jefferson Davis Hwy ,who screwed up my rental (as a Enterprise Member) and gave my rental away to someone else, tried to charge me $100.00 extra for a sedan rental and cancelled my ride to pick up the SUV also!. I WILL be doing another review on that one shortly! I called this location at 20 Plantation Dr. Fredericksburg, VA and the branch manager Dante fixed it all. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to find me the perfect rental car!nnTHISSS is the place to go when you need a rental in the Fredericksburg area for whatever occasion. When you get there ask for Dante. If he is not available the other gentlemen are just as accommodating! Thanks Dante!
