I have rented from many different Enterprise locations. Let me just say I could do what these guys do. Just the short time I was there people were projecting all their personal problems on the employees and I could not deal with that. I believe the gentleman’s names were Kaleb and Dewey. They went above and beyond for me when I desperately needed them. Dewey made sure to secure an SUV for me, and Kaleb’s customer service was second to none. They have a great team there in Front Royal. I highly recommend this location!

I have always used Enterprise. Only have issues with THIS location. Very poor customer service at this location. Have had a few experiences with them over last couple years none pleasant. They need retrained. Kaleb has 0 customer service skills and less compassion. I have attempted to contact corporate with my last rental and no response.

I was very happy with the service. The person who help me was Dewy I think I spelled his name right. But he was very professional and friendly. I needed a van at the last min because I had two work vans in the shop. He said to be there at 8 and he will take care of me. He was true to his word. So I do recommend the enterprise in Front Royal

Initially experience was great but deteriorated quickly. They called me on a federal holiday demanding the car back and I needed to update my payment information, they were going to take my deposit and charge me for additional days. I have no maximum on my rental coverage and keep car until work is completed what is so hard to understand about that? Manager was no help at all and turns out he was the one who called me making the demands. Called insurance and verified no maximum. Called collision center and verified car was still being worked on. Received my car 1 day later and returned theirs in good condition with fuel. Still charged for additional day and did not receive deposit back. This is their problem they need to extend the reservation; not me not my Overall experience very poor and store manager very unprofessional as well as area manager because I never got a call back about this issue. Do NOT rent from this location!
