all in all a great experience. They really helped me when I needed and car and when I was running a bit late to drop off. The staff here are the friendliest people I've ever met. Dean and Eric are always so nice when I come in.They're ready to help whenever. Definitely going to keep coming back!

Disaster. People are rude. There is one guy just kicked us out saying that he doesn’t want to give us the car without no reason! Just because he couldn’t give us the car for double the price he got very angry and said he needed to go home his wife was waiting so he couldn’t help us! Stay away people! This place doesn’t deserve even one penny of my money!

Good experience here renting a vehicle at a good price. They were decently quick at setting me up with a vehicle despite a couple folks being ahead of me in line. The dude who runs the shop is super friendly and professional, I definitely will be back here. They were very quick at helping me get to the vehicle and handing keys. The vehicle drops process was super easy too and took like 15 minutes overall I think. They gave me a 10% discount for returning the vehicle early which was a nice surprise.

Rented a vehicle from Budget Rental Car in Stafford VA at 315 Garrison Location. Eric assisted me from start to finish. Eric was expedient, courteous and professional. Although we discovered the first car smelled like cigarettes during our Walk Through Inspection prior to releasing the car to me. Eric made necessary adjustments to assign another vehicle. With that I still rate 5 Stars. I will certainly keep this particular Budget Rental location for upcoming visits to Stafford VA.
