We've always had good service. The price for a minivan went up $200 in 9 months. This is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Really friendly staff and great customer service. The initial car I had smelled terrible like cigarettes and weed. I called after leaving the store and they said I can come back and exchange the car. I came back the next day and they gave me a new better car at no extra cost! They were super accommodating and understanding. I didn’t feel like I was being a bother which was great. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 star is because the cleaning of the cars should be a point to look at. There were items left in the car from previous renters and the smells were unpleasant. But overall a great experience!

Am beyond happy and impressed with this Enterprise! Their staff are young, energetic and really helpful!nI’ve rented twice within the last week and the first was a great experience - picking me up to dropping me off and even doing paperwork/checkin was fast!nI decided to rent again, and needed leave around 7am.... (the day after a holiday), but they don’t open until 7:30am. I requested the earlier pick up and they were so accommodating!nTruly a great experience and I won’t look to another provider anytime soon!

The Chrysler Pacifica was ready, and it was a clean and very nice vehicle. Had all the room and convenience I needed.nnThe staff and the desk agent were professional and courteous.
