I had the change to rent a car from Avis at Stafford Virginia location, I was going for a business trip to New York.nNormally I don't write reviews online, but my experience with avis at this location was amazing.nMr Dean and Mr. Eric were very helpful, and very professional.nPick and drop off was smooth,nYes I will use this location service's and refer it to anyone I know.
Online rates can be misleading. Its better to show up at the location for better deals. Staff very helpful with saving you money.
The staff offers excellent customer service. They go far and beyond to make sure the rental experience meets the customers expectations. Eric and Dean are true professionals.
The manager, Dean, is very professional and goes way out of his way to accommodate each patron. The cars are always ready and pristine.
The Staff is amazing, They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your happy with your rental car. They have two hard working people at the front counter risking their lives to serve us doing this COVID-19. I rented my first car because my AC went out on my car, I came back and they new me by name. Thank you Avis for your awesome service and stay safe!
