Great location. Fast Service. I needed a same day rental because my transmission blew out. They accommodated me within an hour with an upgrade. Upon return they dropped me off to the mechanic to pick up my vehicle. Clean and professional. Highly recommend this location.
Rented a vehicle through insurance while car being repaired. In and out in less than 2 minutes with keys in hand. Customer service was absolutely friendly and fantastic with every question and inquiry I had. Highly recommend this branch!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. My father rented a car at this shop and he speaks limited English. When he spoke with the associate he handed her his car insurance card along with all of our insurance information because our insurance would have covered the car rental in full. However, they deliberately took advantage of the fact that my dad could not speak English well and scammed him into signing up for Enterprise Insurance instead of our car insurance. My father was told that the papers he was signing were just to rent the car out, not that he was signing up for ANOTHER INSURANCE. Our credit card was charged and after I called the store to dispute this, they IMMEDIATELY became defensive and disrespectful stating that since my dad signed it, it was too late and they would not give a refund NOR bill it out to our insurance company. It is absolutely disgusting and horrific how there are actual people who take advantage of people by whatever means. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing to my father and having him UNNECESSARILY sign up for Enterprise Insurance when my father ALREADY HAS INSURANCE and he provided that information to them. Avoid Enterprise (this location specifically) at all costs. What a horrendous reflection of not only the customer service but company.
