Pros:n- everyone was very helpful and friendlyn- car was clean and drove wellnnCons:n- car was downsized from what I reservedn- driver side door bolt was loose after having car for one day and sounded like it would fall offn- had the car from 5/29-6/8, inspection sticker ran out 5/30. I didn't realize this until I was halfway on my long trip (my fault). I alerted the associate when I returned the car and he agreed the associate who helped me should have pointed out the inspection sticker and with the DMV closed currently they were having a hard time getting stickers renewed. That is understandable but should have been mentioned during the walk around of the car when I first picked it up.nnI would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Regardless of the cons on this rental I have always had minimal issues with this company and its a helpful service if you don't want to put miles on your car.

Awesome customer service from both Robert & Austin. Helped me out without hesitation at closing time. And made my drop off experience pleasant. Highly recommend these two guys if your in need of a rental asap.

We have rented cars from several states and several different rental companies throughout the years. But the customer service at this location far exceeded any other experience I have ever had. The person we dealt with was “Luke”. He was so well mannered and helpful. Even though he was obviously very busy, he did not make me feel rushed and answered all the questions I had with patience. Enterprise, you need to keep this employee and promote him. He is an asset to your company not easily replaced.
