So I went to pick up my CONFIRMED reservation @ 11 am today.nIt was the WORST experience I have ever had.nNo cars available. How does that happen when I have a confirmation? Really?nRep said could get me a car by 3pm.nReally? How does that work when I have an 11am confirmation and an appt to get to.nDONT RENT A CAR TO SOMEONR IF YOU FONH HAVE THE FREAKN AVAILABILITY!!!
Had several issues with this particular location, we had gotten into an accident that totaled our car, we got a rental from Enterprise in Plaistow. We let them know the day before that we were needing a rental, we were able to pick it up the following day at noon. When arriving they only had an SUV that was not covered under our policy even though we had told them we needed a standard rental. The manager Lauren said not to worry and they would give us the standard rate as it was the only vehicle they had. Well come to find out they ended up charging our car over 40$ a day! Called and spoke with them and they reduced that rate. When returning the car they charged the card again for almost $500! Then when I called they said they charged us the $500 but refunded us $450 that we had paid previously. Lauren the branch manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, even hung up the phone on me! This is the worst experience that I have ever had with an Enterprise and will not be returning to this location! Called corporate and said they would have a district manager call me, never happened. Not surprising. Stay away from this location!!!
Excellent service, both at Boston Logan Airport and Plaistow, NH. Reasonably priced. Hyundai Kona was a great.
