It was a Friday evening, my husbands truck was broke down in anchorage and I needed a car fast! I googled all the mainstream rental agencies then I found Mark's Motors and I am so thankful that I did. Mark didn't have any rentals available but he went above and beyond, he pulled a car from his sales lot to make sure I had a car for the weekend. The service was fast, friendly, affordable, and reliable. I am so thankful for the help this company provided my family. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark! I was in a real bind after having lost my keys. I could not get a new set of keys for my brand new Toyota for a week. I had to rent a car in the Palmer area and was so pleased with the service, professionalism and customer service of this company. Highly recommended!
We rented for 2 days and were able to easily extend our rental. Reeve provided excellent service and made the extension and pickup process very easy.
