Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service!nnThe roads were really icy the day I rented the vehicle so I requested a Toyota RAV 4 because that is what I am used to driving. A Toyota RAV 4 had just been returned to the Klamath Falls Enterprise Rent-A-Car location and Linda arranged to have it cleaned right away and it was ready for me when I arrived. Rachel helped me with the paperwork and I was on my way. When I returned the vehicle, it took only a few minutes. Best rental car experience ever!

I got a great explanation of some of the car’s features with the quick checkout. I actually had an issue when I returned the car.... I didn’t know it had remote start and when I dropped it off and went to lock it, the engine turned on. I quickly turned it off( I thought) and relocked it and dropped the keys in the box. Well, apparently it started again and I didn’t know it.It apparently ran all night! When Enterprise called me about it the next day, they were kind and understanding and didn’t charge me more for the gas that burned up. It was an honest mistake that could’ve had a very bad outcome had the car been stolen! They were understanding and kind about it. Thanks for good customer service!

I've always used Enterprise for my car rental needs. I've had the best experience with the Klamath Falls Enterprise office. The people who work here are always accommodating and try their absolute best to get me what I need when I need it. Even if there is a huge line and people are getting frustrated, they still do their best to make sure everyone is taken care of! I highly recommend the Enterprise in Klamath Falls!!

Incredibly rude staff. Our insurance got a reservation. When we went to the office the staff stated there were no available cars. The next day they told us we had no reservation and there was no cars available. (The lot is full of cars and their business is empty). When we contacted our insurance the next day and we went to the office they fought with our insurance rep and refused to get a manager. We decided to go somewhere else after that. They were also incredibly rude over the phone. I doubt the worker even ever made a reservation? Will be contacting corporate.
