Always a pleasure working with the team Lum’s Toyota. Alex is a wonderful sales person not pushy just there to help. As well as the other staff in the store they’re all there to help. They have always gone above and beyond to help us out. We hope to do business in the future with them due to the way we have been treated and their kindness. They have a good selection of inventory of used and new and the dealership is always clean. But I highly recommend going in if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. The service with Lum's has been excellent up until recently. I don't know if it is just me but when I say don't do X or Y. I would expect that to be remembered, since it is imputed into their computer system, for the next visit and asked if I still want it that way or not. They aren't known for their tire knowledge so I have been getting my tires serviced elsewhere but today they rotated the tires without asking. They are great at servicing my other aspects of my car and I'll continue to use their services but in this day and age of inputting information into a computer what's the point if they don't check the info before they do what you didn't want done.
