Worst company I have ever interacted with. Nobody was there when I was scheduled to pick up a car. When I called the national branch they basically told me to F off. DO NOT TRY TO RENT HERE. Thank god I didn’t pay over the phone or I would be out over 200 dollars, also the most expensive option in the area. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider this company.
Reserved a car for pickup at 5 p.m. on Sunday April 19th. Nobody here. Nobody answering the phones.
Unbelievable. Closed during normal business hours, so came back at 9 PM when they were supposed to be open, and have been standing here for 40 minutes waiting to show up so I can pick up my reserved rental car. The local number rings through to the national #, customer service Sucks!!!
