Absolutely just terrible service. They asked us which hospital we wanted to go and ended up taking us to the hospital we didn't want to go to. Also when we had got to the hospital we had to carry our 3 year old from the ambulance to the room, no car or wheelchair was provided. SHAMEFUL!
No humanity from the EMTs, the asking to many personal questions, making inappropriate comments, refused drive to the hospital the person needed to go to, etc.
