First time renting a car in awhile... I had a great service and it was very fast! They got me a truck on time. Made my move easy. From a former Enterprise employee (glad to see that you have tablets now! 2.0 was a nightmare). Keep it up!
Called This morning to push our appointment time back and ask some questions & Melanie was extremely helpful and kind! Very accommodating and knowledgeable, first time ever renting a car so ran into some hiccups and it’s nice to have someone kind to talk to about it. Thanks Melanie!
Went over to pick up the vehicle and had privilege of having Tim help us out. He was super friendly, personable, accommodating and just seems like a great employee to have around. He took the time to discuss all of our options, explained the advantages of what was offered, and all that without seeming pushy. #Tim2020nnFor anyone concerned about Covid, this location is taking all the proper precautions.

I have used this particular location for many years and although this time the employees were not the same, after a few miss-steps in the beginning, we were able to articulate our concerns and they were taken care of.
