Budget Car Rental

Never again Budget. Not sure your staff could be less helpful. Why would any of your vehicles in your lot not have current registration? Counter hours 10pm to 11pm, really? Better update your automated system. Dropping keys and contract in a drop in the early morning is so unusual, not. Again your automated system should be updated. Then when you finally speak to a human perhaps they should know that Avis pretty much handles your rentals at Pocatello Airport.

When i checked my car in i was told i will receive a final receipt in my email. It was7 days ago and so far no email for my receipt.

It is now Avis/Budget rental. The customer service was great. The attendants were knowledgable and easy to work with.ud83dude0e I rented an Explorer in which I needed a third row for all the kids. When I picked it up no third row, little panic set inud83dude2b. I went in and the guy went out and politely informed me it was tucked down (car was smarter then meud83dude32). Then he helped me start the keyless car without me feeling like an moron. ud83dudc4dGreat prices also! Car could have been detailed better. I would work with them again any day. The prices were excellant. The service was speedy and courteous.

Check-in was simple and the car was clean and ran well. I would have preferred a different style of vehicle but it was fine.
