first car had a dead battery right on the lot, took 30 minutes to switch cars cause the guy helping me was on a personal phone call THE WHOLE TIME. 2nd car I found had roaches in it, car was towed back and I was lyfted to a store that wasn't open. Come to find out hurtz has 0 cars for rent in the whole city of San Diego including North county. now I am stranded and cannot work today.. I wish I could give them less than 1 star
They will charge your card after three months with no explanation. Avoid Hertz.
