Avis Car Rental

Wouldn't let me rent a car and the staff were very unprofessional

If you value your time and schedule don’t come here. If I could leave negative stars I would. Took 4 calls to book a car only to find out it’s not available for pick up, ONCE I GOT DROPPED OFF AT THE LOCATION!!! Terrible customer service, that’s why I always use Enterprise. Seems like they’re not interested in running a business.

2nd time I have showed up to rent a car for Uber and the vehicle wasn't there. No Uber cars on the lot apparently. 2nd time to rent and had no one call me before spending $60 on Lyft that the car wasn't there or available. I've been burned twice don't think I will be renting with Avis again anytime soon.

Horrible customer service. Guy at the desk completely ignored us when we walked in. We waited over an hour for him to even get to us. He was rude and just wanted to leave but it’s not our fault. We showed up well before an hour before they closed. Honestly wanted to punch the guy. He was so arrogant and rude!

This place is a nightmare, i never had such a experience, there are a few things possible that is going on with this company which one of them is for sure and no doubt is that there is NO management at all and is for whole company not only this place, there other thing is that probably they are going brook and can not provide good service or is the person that managing this place, what ever is going on , MY ADVISE IS THAT JUST STAY AWAY FROM AVIS...
