Budget Car Rental

I'm so great full they were so awesome. I rented a car for one day and an emergency came up and I had to drive across the US. I ended up keeping the car over a week. I payed a few extra fees but I can't complain. Budget made it possible to rescue a family member who had wrecked there car 5 states away. Thank-you budget sorry about the late return.

When enterprise failed to deliver budget saved the day. A special thank you to Judy who went above and beyond to help us not only get in a car quick but made sure we were comfortable and got the best rate. It’s people like her that have made me a future budget customer. Thank you so much Judy!!!

I must just this store stole me from Enterprise. The service here is Excellent. They are no hidden fees at all, plus they are very understandable of any situation.

HUGE SCAM they take your reservation money and then when we arrived they didn’t have a car for us , said system was down , sent us to another location which closed and refused to help . This is a scam company . I paid weeks In advance for my trip and now it is being cancelled or delayed due to budget rental error. Now they want me to pay $50 for cancellation fee and also they can’t refund me in person only online which may take weeks . Horrible experience horrible service .
