Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was assisted upon pick up by Angelika who was amazing at processing our rental all while training a new hire, she processed us quickly so we could get on our way. She also helped us promptly with an issue over the phone while we were on the road. Tevita also went above and beyond his role to accommodate a request of ours beyond the usual rental. We did an after-hours return that was processed quickly with no surprises. Looking forward to renting from this location again in the future!

I just moved here and needed a car ASAP . This place was high recommended. Great prices but all the adding were really unnecessary. Insurance is predatory high and then another insurance and more addingnThe car was clean and the staff was nice and efficient

Wow!! The best customer service ever! I recently sold my car so I will be using Enterprise when I am in need of Transportation. They're convenient because they're right next door to where I live on 16th Street in Sacramento California. The customer service is spectacular! Just can't say enough especially in this economy with all the issues that we've had this year to have people in the marketplace actually treat you with respect and value! It will be a pleasure to continue doing business with this particular Enterprise location for my immediate and future needs!

I have rented from the midtown Sacramento location several times and have dealt with at least 5 different individuals and they all have a pleasant demeanor and willingness to help. The difference between this location and others is customer service they all receive A's from me in that category. If there is a bad apple I have not met them yet or they were discovered and transferred lol! Great team!!!

Due to being hit in my personal car, I had to rent a vehicle. I was nervous about this due to COVID, but trusted that Enterprise was cleaning the cars. When provided my first car, it smelled of smoke. Thankfully, the agent allowed me to move on to another. The next had crumbs, hair and debris still all over the carpets and plastic holders.nnI am giving a star because they were helpful in my return of the car which allowed me to switch the drop off to another location where I could pick up my repaired vehicle.nnWill most likely not use Enterprise again after this experience.
