Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise is always a smooth, easy experience. I love the fact that they pick clients up where they are, as we came in on Amtrak, and there isn't ANY car rental place within walking distance. Alisia was wonderful, at the Broadway office in Sacramento, CA. She was friendly, authentically caring and helpful. The care was sparkling clean and very nice! I expected a ho-hum vehicle and got a nice Camry with a sporty package! Alisia helped us figure out the best way to get back to the freeway, and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes.

Not a great experience. They seem to have only 2 cars available for rental. The person helping me was finally was able to help me, but only after I was forced to argue with her over pricing. Make sure your insurance company calls them directly and speak with them or you will get screwed over on extra fees. They don't seem to understand their relationship with insurance companies.

I was given a Hyundai Santa Fe for my rental. It was a very roomy SUV. There was plenty of space for my 6'1 13 year old sitting in the front with me. Plenty of space for the two kids in the back and for our luggage. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. We ended up driving through a very curvy canyon and the car's automated driving system helped me stay inside my lanes, as I tend to veer towards the middle of two lane highways next to water. It was comforting to know that the Santa Fe had our back. Thank you Enterprise for giving my family a safe option for our first adventure on our own.

Enterprise gave me a free upgrade on my rental! The car was well cared for and mechanically sound. They picked me up at home, the transaction was done completely electronically and very swiftly. And they picked the cat up at the body shop when I got my car back. Perfect, seamless service!

GREAT SERVICE!!! BIG SHOUT to Tyler Orrick & Aiya!! Both really provided great service and gave me a vehicle that was comfortable and made me fell welcome. Took less than 15 minutes. Hands down great customer service! You guys are awesome there.
