My Daughter has been riding with Caring Choice since 2009. Wouldn’t trade them for anything. I’ve had nothing but very negative experiencesnwith other companies. My daughter is pick up on time every day and driven home in a timely manner everyday. The drivers are professional and the medical staff are wonderful and always let me know how she was on the ride home. Love, love this company if I’m ever told I can’t have them anymore my next choice for transportation would have to be myself.

Caring Choice is an excellent company. The name says it all. They Care for your loved one, and they should be your only Choice for transportation. The company is staffed by professionals and well trained individuals who meet the high standards set by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for nursing care and driving safety. Caring Choice is reliable, and will pick you up and deliver you to your destination at the time you request. As a former employee of Caring Choice and an RN in Massachusetts, I highly recommend Caring Choice for all of your transportation needs. If you have a child with health and or developmental issues who needs a safe, skilled and reliable ride, Caring Choice is the company to use.

Never been so happy to change bus companies. We suffered with Caring Choice for 2 years with our non-verbal wheelchair bound son arriving to school approx 30-45 min late every day. They forgot to pick him up at school more than once, they got lost coming home several times with him not arriving until 7 pm or so. They got lost because Eva, the owner, is constantly adding/subtracting different students and routes to the run to keep the buses as full as possible and as much money in her pockets as possible, regardless of how long the kids have to be on the bus. They also slammed the van door so hard on my son's wheelchair one day, that they shattered the van window, which came down all over my son. Then they refused to call us, wanted to stick a piece of cardboard in the gaping hole, and drive him home that way. (Thankfully the school staff saw it, and insisted he be brought back into school so they could make sure he was OK, and they called us!) Caring Choice came to be known in our home as Careless Choice...good riddens to them.
