Such an easy group of people who work here. They had a similar car available within an hour and were flexible on returning it. They even set up a pickup at the dealership I purchased from to make my life easier. Thanks Kelly!

Worst experience with any rental company ever. I've never been treated so terribly by a company. Showed up for my reserved, confirmed 5:30pm pickup time, to a closed office. 30 minutes before they are scheduled to close. Tried calling customer service and spent an hour trying to get an actual person on the line, only to be told that they didn't believe me that I had showed up before closing because it was now 6:30pm. Tried calling the actual location the next day and was told there was nothing they could do for me and SOMETIMES THEY JUST LEAVE EARLY IF THE OFFICE IS EMPTY. Despite my having a reservation at 5:30. They refused to offer any assistance or discount after forcing me to reschedule an entire day's travel and driving an hour round trip to their office to try to pickup a car from an office that just decided to close early. I will never use Hertz again.

Hertz car rental rt1 Saugus mass. Do not rent from this business unless you enjoy being treated very poorly. The staff is ignorant and not trustworthy. Go to enterprise rather than this very poor excuse for a professional business. I just had the worst experience of my life with them. No vehicle after being promised and reserved for a specific day. Staff couldn’t care less that I had no vehicle and told me to leave. I’d rather rent a turtle to get around then to do business with these unprofessional people!!!
