Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After ten years of trying everywhere else last year we decided to give this location a chance, and it has been the best experience ever, not a single issue. The whole staff was very helpful, and we are specially grateful to Tyler who made sure our vehicle had satellite radio as we requested. We booked with them again this year and their help was priceless. They gave us a free upgrade on our vehicle which proved to be most helpful during our road trip. The staff really makes renting a vehicle a stress free task. Thanks again to everyone at this location!

I rent cars from this location all the time and have never had any issues.....EXCEPT this time and I am absolutely disgusted that they would even let someone drive the vehicle off the lot. When I picked up the car it was dark out but we did the usual walk around to check for damage, which there wasn’t any.nnI was getting the car so I could drive from MA to FL, around 1300 miles....I left early the next morning (while it was still dark) and was on my way to FL. When I got to South Carolina, I noticed that ONE of the tires was total bald, like a racing slick...the other 3 were brand new. I paid for roadside assistance so I try calling for some help...except that I couldn’t because literally every 1-800 # they have wouldn’t connect.nnAs if this wasn’t bad enough...once I reached Florida, the oil change light came on....so I call a local enterprise down here in Florida to try and swap out the car. I was told none were available and I needed to take the car to tire kingdom to get tires. While I was there, they informed me that there WAS NOT A DROP OF OIL IN IT....like are you kidding me???? Aren’t they supposed to make sure these cars are up to date on maintenance... and safe to be on the road?????nnI couldn’t be any more dissatisfied. I can’t believe the utter disregard this place has for people’s safety!!!!!nnI literally spent AN ENTIRE DAY yesterday getting their car fixed so it was safe to drive back home to MA. To say I’m livid would be an understatement!!!

I had to get transmission work done on my car back in July I had my warranty company call enterprise because they were close I normally use Hertz and this probably the reason why pick up the car everything was fine had to do an after hours drop off because I had work and had a co worker with me look over the car everything was good about a week later I received an email about damages....? I was confused so I called they couldn’t find my info so I called customer service and was told there was a note from the store basically “don’t contact customer previous damage” all I need to do was fill out a form that said I didn’t have anything to do with! Fast forward to today I receive a phone call from debt cellocter stating I owe them 398 dollar for damages!! NO ...? Call the manager probably one of the most disrespectful people I have talk too first off I’m not your bro and don’t talk to me like that .. I’m a customer do yourself a favor go to HERTZ literally best service and half the price do not waste your time with these awful people

I was in need of a rental since my vehicle was being painted. I of course called Enterprise, my tried and true rental car company. However I was disappointed this time. The staff at Enterprise were professional and helpful. No complaints there. The unfortunate part was that the previous renter smoked in the car. At first when entering the car , it smelled fine, a hint of new car smell. When I turned on the vent, stale cigarette stench flowed. I know it isn't Enterprises fault that a renter smoked, but it was disappointing especially to the pint sized passengers I was carting around. I will continue to use Enterprise in the future, but I will be checking for cigarette smell.

Staff is always very courteous & helpful. During this virus, they come outside to greet you. I appreciate that.nRates & cars are also a big plus
