Budget Car Rental

Can't beat their price. Car was clean. I was given a car with the air conditioning not working at all. I felt was not the place at fault if the previous renter had not told them about the issue. I was only driving two hours so enjoyed some fresh air and made sure I told them when I turned the car in.

Do not rent from this location , the staff is rude and Ghetto especially the manager. I was charged a surprise cleaning fee of 450…00 for an air freshener that I I had to purchase due to the horrible smell that was in the car ud83dude97.when I Originally picked the car up .. I made them aware of the smell when we did the walk around before I pulled off the lot and was told everything would be documented , but still got charged . I called Cooperate and talked to a supervisor that was super nice and helped me by refunding me my $450.00 . I will never rent from (SHARONVILLE ) location ever again.,

Whatever you do, do not rent at this location!!! I was assaulted by one of the employees here in front of other customers while the manager watched. I picked up my car from Columbus Ohio and I told the employee at the pickup location to not vacuum the car because it was barely dirty and I didn’t have time to wait for it. So it took me a hour and 30 mins to get to the location I decided to drop the car off right away so I could make it to my business meeting. When I got there one of the employees came out to look at my car and he told me that my car is dirty and I would be charged 250 for cleaning. Mind you, I didn’t smoke in the car, didn’t eat, and I was the only one in the car so the car literally looked the exact same as it did when I took it out. So when we walked in the guy kept saying either you clean the car or you pay 250. I told him I rented from budget hundreds of times and never in my life have I got charged for bringing back a dirty car, they literally hire people just to clean the cars after. He told me well that’s not our responsibility I either clean it or get out of the office. I told him I’m not getting out of the office until you take the car because that’s where I agreed to return it. The employee and the manager started yelling at me while there were other customers and the employee came up to me, grabbed me and pushed me out. I didn’t ask for his name or anything but he’s the shorter, older African American guy that dresses up like we’re in the middle of winter even tho it’s 70 degrees outside. This guy and the manager does not deserve to work there. You do not assault a customer especially in front of other customers that’s a bad look for the business.nI will be filing a complaint with corporate. I have a video of him assaulting me and that will be sent to corporate.

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. I had a reservation for WEEKS for a moving truck. Got multiple emails confirming date, time, and location for pick up. When we got there the man barely spoke to us or acknowledged we were there.nSurprise surprise, they did not have the truck I reserved. Apparently no one in the city did! When I asked how this could have happened he said “it’s called overbooking” in a very rude tone. When we called the customer service number we were asked if we could change our dates on our cross country move. That we had a truck reserved for FOR FOUR EFFING WEEKS.nThe man “helping” us was extremely rude and unhelpful. After about 35 minutes we gave up and tried to call customer service and the man at the counter told us that if we called customer service it would mess everything up and he wouldn’t look for a truck for us. Literally the worst experience I’ve had with any moving company.nOh and to top it all off he wasn’t wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic and statewide mask mandate.nA word of warning: DO NOT GO HERE
