Rude over Rude customer service. In the car on the passanger side under the matt was puke with mold growing on it. So I had take time out my work schedule to drive and get another car that was safe. I honestly think this company needs more coustomer training on how to handle thing with a coustomer. Wonder how the video looks on your end were you smashed my foot in the door. Because i wanted a conformation the car I dropped of was in good shape. Because as a coustomer you have give me one. But you ran in trying not give me one. Sham on you sham.

The person behind the counter was clueless and impossible to work with. I lost valuable travel time waiting for them to look at cars that I had called ahead for. First and last time using this location and I’m so glad I don’t have to return it to here!

The Staff is great !!!!!! But this location's policies is completely harsh. They wanted to charge me $250.00 cleaning fee, because there was some crumbs in the back seat. I have rented many cars through the years and never did any car rental location change me a cleaning fee. Luckily, the staff told me I was going to be charged that fee. I took the car home again and spent 5 minutes vacuuming it out. Charging me $250.00 for 5 minutes worth of work, is completely wrong !!!!!!!!!

The young lady at the front desk was so helpful and polite! She made the transaction a complete pleasure. She was clear in her explanations and very efficient. We were in and out in no time. Definitely glad I chose this location. This kind of first class service is really rare these days
