Service here has always been good. Today owner was very good at explaining a few things around insurance paid rentals and it was very helpful. They really tried helping.
Every time I rent a car from this location, I'm always greeting with the most pleasant customer service. Ms. Gina and Ms. Daniel are an absolute delight,because of them I will forever rent from this location.ud83dude0d
Absolutely the worst location for rental. The owner is very unprofessional and should not be operating a Budget satellite office. I had reservation made 6 months in advance, I show up the day of and no vehicle. She was unwilling to try and resolve the issue and finally just cancelled my reservation.nnIncredible how unprofessional.
The staff were nice, however, we booked a sedan, and got a hatchback, and when we said they gave us the wrong car, they told us it was in the same class, which it wasn't, then when we returned it 2 days earlier because we had to cut our trip short because our son had to be hospitalized, then they tried to charge us extra for the car having a little bit of sand in it and said since we prepaid, that we would not get any sorta of refund for returning it early. I understand that it's policy, but that's a terrible and underhanded policy. Would not recommend at all.
Very Polite and Friendly Service. They are always a pleasure to do business with.
