Got a good rate on a hybrid vehicle which save us in gas purchases. Plus, when I had an issue with the wrong credit card being used to bill my rental, the person at the Kettering office took the time to rectify the issue. I plan to rent from here again.
Excellent Service from A - Z, Ohio to Washington, DC and Back to Ohio! Our car had mechanical problems. AVIS in Washington, DC / Airport took immediate care of us and treated us like VIP. They full accommodated our need for handicap accommodations.
Rude, Very Rude employees. Very judgmental, and profiling in nature. Scam alert , price changing attempts.

Do NOT rent from this place! Very unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. I reported something I left in the rental the day I returned the vehicle and Erin was extremely rude a s unhelpful. I believe as this point she stole the item I lost!! It was never returned to me!!!
