So far the best car rental experience in over 8 years. Super quick and efficient, spent the minimum time to pick up and drop off my car. I was assisted by George – above and beyond customer service. I’ve got a very nice car too, a pleasure to spend a day on road. From now on will try to rent only here.

Never rented a car and I found Enterprise close to home. I did my reservation online and the next day I went to the local. The process was very easy and fast, didn't even took me 15 minutes to go in and go out with the car. The selections you do online are reflected on their tablets when they check you in so is a very crystal clear straight forward process.nnI'm very happy that in times like these were most business are actually dropping their customer service, efficiency and other basic skills due the pandemic, Enterprise is actually going above and beyond.nnGreat job and looking forward to rent from you guys again.

Made reservations then upon arrival was told there are no cars available.. Guy at the desk was rude. Worse customer service ever...What good is a reservation?

Had a wonderful experience with Nico. He was so so helpful in every regard. The car was in great condition and he made sure we were comfortable with it before we drove off. Typically there is always a lot of waiting around however he was really efficient! Make sure to ask for him!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Enterprise and especially THIS location. I had to rent a minivan to take my son to collge in Boston. I was nervous that they might not have had a big enough minivan on the day of the rental but Alex reassured me in the kindest way that it would be available and ready for me. The staff at this location goies ABOVE and BEYOND basic customer service. They are truly wonderful human beings and in the current times we are all experiencing, that is so important. I would NEVER use another car rental aganecy other than ENTERPRISE!nThey make the car rental process eamless and stress-free.
