I've dealt with Aurora and the entire Brooklyn Enterprise team and have always been 100% satisfied.nnThey're always courteous and make me feel welcomed. I appreciate that type of customer service. It's the reason I only use Enterprise for my rental needs. Kudos!

“low affordable rates” is a lie, they charged my grandmother $900 to rent a car to go pick up family from VA, and then tried to do it again with my mom. what literally rip offs. got her a rental car from kayak for under $200 PLUS unlimited miles. incredible how a company like this tries to scam people during a pandemic. WHEN HAS A CAR EVER BEEN 900 DOLLARS. do not rent from them.

The service at the enterprise facility was absolutely awful. I called and had a car reserved and when I got there the woman had given my car to someone else. I had to wait around till someone returned the car, then they gave me a car that I didn’t even order and it was filthy. Upon return of the car there were waves and ripples in the roof of the vehicle That were physically impossible for someone to do obviously a flaw in the manufacturers design of the car which the woman Aurora tried to blame on me and told her that I wasn’t paying for it because the car was exactly in the same condition as I received it. About 10 minutes after I left I was emailed many files one of which she said that I caused the damage and she signed my name as signature on file which was fraud. Right now I am in litigation with them
