I'd have rate 1 for my very first experience here last year but they came a long way with few new hires and overall better customer service in the year. There is a Mr Johnny Lewis working here who has the biggest smile (the one you can see from behind the mask too) and not only he's very friendly but also very accomadtive of your needs. The location gets very busy during weekends and you might have to wait for a while but if you get lucky and have him as your agent you'll enjoy your experience
The staff is extremely friendly. Good location to grab your car if you live in downtown Brooklyn. Gets a bit busy with cars going in and out during holidays.
God this place is awful. Incredibly slow service. Also be aware that they frequently give you a car with less than a quarter tank of gas in it :(
It took over an hour to get my reserved car, but that still better than some of the other places I've tried this summer. The service was really great (other than the wait, for which they apologized and compensated me)
Drop off was super easy - we were late and they had so many customers to deal with, but they were still super nice and friendly to us. Thank you!
