I don't know what's the problem with Hertz rental they always have an attitude no matter where you go even this one. You deserve a car online and when you get there there is no car that happened to us. No I will not recommend this place or any other place that has the name hurts f*** out of here. Now national that's a good place budget that's a good place.
I was charged an extra 20 dollars for returning the car a few minutes late. I only discovered that by looking at the receipt no one apprised of this unnecessary surcharge. other than that the service was bad it took forever both to take out the car and to return.
They were really nice and patient with me. My car got hit and ran and I was not in the best spirt. I recommend 100 percent.
Car has not been washed brake pedal loose lot of scratches on vehicle. If I did not have this emergency I would not have rented this vehicle
i found jasmine and the other staff member to be very nice.she got me in and out fast and even gave me suggestions on cars to rent.
