First time using Hertz. Clean car, reasonable price and no unexpected charges after drop off. Madge at the desk is so awesome and helpful. Really great service all around.

Absolutely terrible experience.nnWe prepaid online and they did not honor their price given, despite showing email confirmation. They also initially refused to write down any previous damage of the car (probably so they could charge us for it when we returned the vehicle) and we had to ask explicitly to record damages.nnThe people at the counter (Nicole and her male coworker) were hostile and arrogant. Absolutely refused to listen and we're outright rude.nnWhatever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.nnIt's clear why Hertz went out of business, they're just trying to swindle money out of their rentals and terrible customer service

Very convenient and fast pickup, with friendly staff. Car in good condition and we appreciated the express return option outside office hours. Great location from New York city.

I have used this location multiple times, and I only recently went to a different location where everything was infinitely worse. The stark difference definitely helped me realize how well-run this place is. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Even when lines are long they move smoothly, and the pickup and return process is always quick and easy.

For me, it was very convenient location. Just across the street from the North White Plains Metro North train station and that alone for me gives it a high rating. Check out was quick and courteous. Had the economy car I wanted and the rate was as quoted. Check in too was quick and no other surprises. I would use the location if I had a future need.
