Had the best experience renting form Enterprise. Hercules & Lamar were the best! Extraordinary customer service.
Very professional. Rental process was a breeze. Returning the car also went smoothly without issue.
Getting the car was quick and not stressful at all. On the other hand, renting a truck that smelled like sweat and was dirty was not cool at all. Especially during covid times. You'd expect renting a truck and spending $1400 for the week would grant you at least a decently cleaned car but no .The truck was dirty. Smelled bad inside and had a sandwich stuck in between the passenger seat. I had to buy air fresheners for the car and wipe it down with sanitizing wipes because I had no confidence in the company cleaning it correctly. The Steering wheel was Gross. We're dealing with a world wide pandemic and not for nothing you guys should be really focusing on renting out clean sanitized vehicles. I don't normally write reviews but I was so upset about the lack of cleanliness that I had to write something.
My experience was Outstanding in every dimension! My Agent, Mr Lamar Martin, was especially knowledgeable and professional in his demeanor as well as his commitment to representing the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company with pride.
I arrived a few minutes late but that was not a problem. I received the car I requested, It had a full tank of gas. I was on the road in about 15 minutes. The rep was helpful and friendly.
