I love the location, the staff is very friendly, prompt and informative, and you dont have to wait for a long time to get your rental. I have been renting from here for the past 10 years. I will continue to rent from here as long as I live in NYC.
The reps make the process easy and efficient for the past 5 years that I’ve rented from here. A welcomed business for the neighborhood.
I had to return the car earlier than I had rented it for and was told I would still be charged the full amount. I never heard of anything like this. Enterprise was sold out of cars so I tried avis but I will never rent a car from avis again. No one told me about this and I even asked if I would be able to return the rental if my car was fixed sooner and they told me yes. I had to call and speak to a supervisor who was no help and kept repeating herself. HORRIBLE! We are in the middle of a pandemic and they still could not help.
Confirmation number 38169866US0 - I had booked a car for one weeks time..then had no need for it after 3 days ....I returned it.. I was then charged a higher price for the short term rental..... that is the worst customer service experience ive ever had.I will never use AVIS again.
The gentleman whom handle my rental when arriving to pick up and drop off was friendly and professional.nI experience this pretty much when I go there. Good place to go to for a rental I would recommend.
