The staff is quick and friendly, the prices are good, the vehicles are always clean and the location is awesome! I always rent from that location. I wouldn't rent from another location at all unless it was White Plains.
The representative called me 45 minutes before my rental to let me know the vehicle I reserved was not available due to an emergency I have to reserve the vehicle. Plus the vehicle I was given had bad window shield wipers and i got caught in a rain storm and it became very dangerous for me to see while driving .....
There was great customer service. The rental was in top condition.
Fast, friendly efficient service. No hassles and in and out quickly. Even gave us a lift to the station at the end of the rental. If need to rent another car will definitely go back because the service was that good and accompanied with a smile from all the staff.
The customer Rep. was very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Also the prices were really good.
