Terrible customer service. The 2 gentlemen that were working there were very rude and did not explain anything when asked questions. I was treated as if I should just know. Was also looking to rent an SUV but instead of saying they did not have any at the moment they just proceeded with rental without explaining anything. Felt rushed and as if I was bothering them. Thinking about returning my rental and going someplace else.
If you want lousy customer service go here. If you want to be treated much better go to Enterprise down the street. The manager refused to return any of my calls, as I had a car issue, but he did not think it was important enough. This is not the first issue here, but it is the last. I am done with this place. I have recommended 4 people here and have told each of them not to go back and they will now go to Enterprise as well.
I reserved a car on the website and afterward they called me sayng that there was no cars available, and they charged me for that car. And the financial don`t anwer the phone.
if you don't want to have to bring back your rented car 10 minutes later?, don't rent at hertz !.!.!...... i did this mistake once, so my advise is not to try!.!.!
I can highly recommend this location. The staff has been very helpful and courteous and the car rental was done very smoothly. They also went out of their way to assist me to get to the train station.
