Although nice cars, I highly recommend you ud83dudea8DO NOT DO BUSINESS ud83dudea8 with this guy unless you want to be threatened and attacked via texts shortly after. See photo, unfortunately I was in an accident with a vehicle (not my fault) and due to his incorrect retrieval of information I was spoke to disgustingly after giving about $10k of business over the last month or 2. He then threatened legal action, I would suggest looking elsewhere not worth the head ache. I recently was diagnosed with COVID and he was more concerned about $600 for some parking tickets and getting immediate responses above all else. I took care of in less than a week. It’s awful to think he treated a repeat customer this way renting ~5 times, he has dropped cars at my home. I wrote a clear cut insurance claim about the accident, giving the full / honest incident - he obviously has incorrect information which I would think he would be able to discuss any concerns kindly but rather out of no where attacked me verbally - I am extremely upset over his text message and now that I spoke with 2 other previous customers it seems I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. Being sick with something that has killed almost 1million people in the US, you would think a bit of compassion but clearly $$$ driven vs. customer care. Many other companies do the same thing without the fear or a verbal attack, figured this might help the next customer avoid a repeat situation with this angry man who doesn’t have his facts in order prior to reaching out. Maybe because I’m younger he felt comfortable doing this but I believe all customers should be treated equally.

Wanted to fulfill a dream of renting a red Ferrari for my husband’s birthday. I was googling the phone number to another place to book it when Veluxity popped up, and I am SO GRATEFUL it did! I called and Ron made something that I was so nervous about so easy. I cannot say enough about him, the car and the experience. He went above and beyond to give my family an awesome memory!
