Richard, Max, Christina, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I had the easiest experience I'd ever had renting, even with all the adjustments for COVID. Richard even came and picked me up! I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thank you all so much, will definitely be renting from here again.

Christina and the team at Enterprise, Salem, are beyond stellar. They are attentive, thoughtful and have made a transition to a new home that much smoother with top notch service, delivery and follow through. I feel like they are new neighbors who I will see often. Great location!

Quickly met at the door on both the pickup and drop off. The staff was friendly and I was in and out within minutes of arriving. Fantastic job! I would recommend renting a car at this location.

Everyone who worked at my location was very nice, but I didn't have a great time. I booked a compact because my main concern was gas milage. When I went to pick up the car no compacts were available so I got a car that was much bigger than I wanted or needed. It was an Altima that barely fit in my driveway. Not great. The windshield was dirty and streaked with hand prints and the trunk was full of literal garbage. Otherwise the car was clean and it was pretty much brand new. Drove great, just not what I wanted or expected.

I had a reservation for December 1 2020.nThey ruined my meeting and my work.nLocation manager and the other guy were rude worse customer service whatsoever..nThere is only one best employee MAX HE IS THE BEST HE IS PRO AND SUPER STAR!!!nManager she is terrible
