Tried to come here to get a vehicle with my car in the shop.. I received a confirmation email, and called to try to finalize the details. They weren’t even capable of setting up their phone properly. I figured they might be busy or have issues with their phone, so I called the corporate customer service number to try to get through to them. After speaking to Shanon/Sharon, she was rude and abrasive and did very little to hide her contempt. She did nothing other than transfer me to the same phone number that I had told her several times doesn’t work.nnI called my insurance, and switched to enterprise. Within A MINUTE, a MINUTE enterprise had called me and we set everything up smoothly.nnIf you’re looking for a clear example of a place that doesn’t give a damn about it’s customers, by all means please take notes out of this place.nnGo to enterprise!!

This is my favorite Hertz Car Rental location in the Boston area. The customer service is superb, the associates and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. I rented an adrenaline car at this location. It was a gorgeous Camaro SS muscle car that was not available anywhere else in the area. It was great fun to drive it around this weekend.

We got here on a Saturday it was busy with her working by her self. Waited about 10mins. We weren't fully satisfied with the car they had waiting for us and I feel she worked very hard to get us one we were happy with even before we saw the car and asked. It was near closing time (12pm on Saturdays) and what we had was technically what we ordered so she could have just let us go, but she voluntarily tried harder to help us get a newer model that better suited our needs. Thank you.
