Our car was delivered to us at the Ford dealership...where we were having our truck serviced... that was great. only complaint is that no one asked us what kind/size of car we wanted and we got the smallest car they had. Safety wise, we like a larger car, typically but our little Ford Fiesta worked just fine... still, would have liked to have been asked before it must appeared.

Rented a car because my wife’s car broke down. Rented in my name because l already have an account set up. Rented here a few times in the pats and was never charged to out my wife in as a driver, this time I was and not happy about it ! Besides that everything was good.

I had a very good experience recently with Enterprise out of Beverly Massachusetts. They were alert, on time and the price seemed right.

I was in accident. Total loss Enterprise came to the rescue. Rte114. The only issue was they could not take me home after expire. So they let me return in Beverly next morning no charge.nnI found the staff both places superb. I tried working once for a rental car office. That was one of the most stressful jobs I ever had. You need to be a lawyer to explain that stuff. Thank you Enterprise for the service you provided me at a really nerve wracking moment. Of course USAA was part of this. I was able to get all the details done before being beached at my place without a car.

(2) Not staffed appropriately for the amount of clientele- specially Saturday; with limited hours.nI waited 22 minutes to get checked in. Rest of the process was very smooth- probably took less than 4 minutes from counter to sitting behind the wheel. Over all I’m pleased
