This is a great place to rent a car. Although at the time I only met two persons who work there. I believe the agent that attended me, his is Marcelino or Marcelo or something of that nature. He's a great person to talk with. He will help you out. He's very courteous and very polite and professional. Yes I would recommend anyone that wants to rent a car from budget to feel free to do so in that location.
Never have enough staff at the desk. The staff who are there always go very slowly. Expect long wait times.
Checkout and check in were fast. The car was great. Clean, and running good. The price was very affordable. I really felt like I got the most bang for my buck per se.
1) Car not available when I showed up at my booking time. Returned later that day after calling to ensure a car was available and the staff was unable to process the paper work.n2) The next day I was assured that I would not be charged for the previous day, and would get $100 off the bill. I was charged the full original amount including the day I did not have the car.n3) No windshield wiper fluid in car.n4) I returned the car on time and was charged for an extra hour, which was equivalent to half my daily rate.n5) The staff was consistently rude and confrontational on the phone and in person.
I would because it's affordable, quick and the employees were very great at answering my questions. The car was clean and ready to go at my convenience. I will definitely use budget a lot more
