Disappointment from beginning to end. First took 45 min to get my car. There was only 2 customers ahead of me. Second, after I pull out I realize that the gas is not full. Tried to call but of course just spend 20 Minutes on hold with no answer so I gave up and decided I would just pay for gas I did not use. Car also had warning that tire pressure was low. Then when I return the car, the attendant tells me he can’t give me a receipt. So know I have to leave car with a guy I don’t know with no proof I have returned car.

HORRIBLE! They charge a $30 administration fee to any ticket, bridge or gas fee you may have on your rental agreement. Unlike the very professional and not money hungry ENTERPRISE, they do take the fees off once you call and try to speak to them. These ppl r money hungry and their car selections sucks! Avoid at all cost. You might as well just pay the extra and go to hertz, enterprise or else where. Their name is the same as their service - THRIFTY

Friendly service! However it took around 40 min to get the car. (We were the only clients at 7 am on a Saturday). So just be patient!

Terrible experience.. even though they seemed to offer the more affordable price, this company will charge you $31 for a $10 toll. So ridiculous. With all the added fees it turns out to not be cheap. They don't offer a seamless drop of. Definitely will use Hertz who offers more transparency.
