Worse experience ever. The price ended up being double for what it said it would be online. I booked it through Expedia and it went from about $350 for 4 days to $800 with all the hidden fees. Then when I picked up the car it was given to me on empty. I took a picture because I didn’t have time to wait for them to help me and drove to the nearest gas station and refilled it myself. When I dropped it off with a little more gas then they gave it to me with I let them know why I didn’t refill it. The worker said it was fine and I will be emailed a receipt. When I got home and noticed on the receipt they emailed me that they still charged me $108 for fuel. Then I called customer service and they said their was nothing they could do for me because it was not written in the notes for when I picked and dropped off the car. Worse experience with renting a car !

Bad experience. Left the car with a full tank of fuel and received a charge for half a tank anyway. Lesson learned, always wait for the receipt instead of receiving it via email. Never had a problem with this from other companies.

I had an amazing experience here! The Manager Charles and associate Elizabeth really took care of me and were so friendly and accommodating. I have rented A LOT of cars and moving trucks in my day and honestly this was BY FAR the best experience I have had bar none. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a rental car in NYC. You won’t be disappointed!

Rented two different vehicles on separate occasions, both we clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This location is very convenient for me, but the service level of excellence varies depending on which employees you get to meet. I met some staff who was not very polite or considerate to me this time, as opposed to the other staff I met in my previous experience.
