I have used this location in the past and was very satisfied I recently renting again and was still pleased.Great customer service all the way through. Cars are in great condition. You can also find some decent rates. Will defiantly use them in the future.
Avis team at this location in Brooklyn (State St.) was great. Super friendly throughout. They even let me take my time and go back to fill up gas so that I wouldn't get overcharged. Very professional and caring people. Highly recommend!
The process was very smooth, nice car, reasonable price. I want to give a special shout out to Eloy who checked in the car in Brooklyn. What a professional, cheery, efficient man! I was so impressed with service at this location.

Vastly different experiences with two rentals only a week apart. The woman who helped me with the first car was polite and quick and the whole process was easy but when I returned the next week the man who assisted me was really rude. I had a couple questions about the car types and he was extremely unhelpful and did not seem interested in assisting me, even though there was nobody waiting in line. The car I received seemed to be in need of a tuneup as 3 of the tires were low on air and the windshield wipers needed desperately to be replaced.
